The Heart of MCA
Meet Our Founder
Jeffery Willis founded MCA Total Experience in 2022 with a simple belief: every young person deserves the opportunity to experience the outdoors and discover their potential.
Growing up in the Glades region, Jeff developed a passion for fishing, conservation, and mentoring youth. He recognized that outdoor experiences could provide much more than recreation. They could teach responsibility, patience, leadership, confidence, and respect for the natural world.
What began as a vision to introduce young people to fishing and the outdoors has grown into a youth-focused organization serving communities throughout Palm Beach County. Today, MCA continues to provide meaningful outdoor experiences that inspire youth to become leaders, stewards, and active members of their communities.
